Yoga in Cave Creek!  Om Namah Shivaya!


All-Levels:  Breathe, stretch and laugh as you discover the body's optimal blueprint in order to make music, not static! Expand your body awareness and stamina.

The teacher will weave practical life stories into the poses and fabric of the body.


Intermediate: Take your practice deeper through aligning to open the body and heart. Be challenged while learning the principles of alignment.


Gentle Yoga:  The perfect class to begin your yoga and where many of our students choose to continue.  Breathe, balance, stretch & strengthen while learning the basics of yoga alignment.


Gentle Intermediate:  The In-Between class for those ready to step-it-up.


Advanced Practice: A two-hour intense yoga practice at intermediate/advanced levels.

Teacher leads the practice with minimal instruction.


Yoga Inspired Stretch:  Using the yoga poses, we move a little deeper into the body as we hold them longer for opening.  The practitioner need not have experience of yoga.


Rejuvenate and Restore:

This class focuses on the restorative and renewing nature of yoga.  Some movement first then settle into the delight of restorative poses.  Great any day of the week!


Yoga Alignment:  This class will focus on the breath, stability, flexibility, balance and building strength along with postural alignment for optimal health.  We will have FUN too! 


Chair YogaIf getting up and down off the floor is too much to ask, then this is the class for you!  You’ll be amazed at how effectively energy can move through the body even when we sit in a chair.  Everyone is welcome regardless of limitations.
